These terms and conditions of use govern access to and use of the website codingowl.eu and, where applicable, the applications published by CodingOwl EURL.

1. Purpose

The purpose of the website is to present the business activities of CodingOwl EURL, its services, its work, and its contact details. Depending on their nature, the applications published by CodingOwl EURL may provide software features, content, or digital services.

2. Acceptance

Access to the website and use of the applications imply acceptance of these terms and conditions of use. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the website or the relevant applications.

3. Access to the Service

CodingOwl EURL makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accessibility of the website and its applications, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access or the absence of errors or downtime. Access may be suspended for maintenance, updates, security reasons, or any other technical reason.

4. User Conduct

7. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Where an application offers auto-renewable subscriptions, these are managed by the distribution platform used (for example, Apple’s App Store).

The subscription is automatically renewed at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in accordance with the platform’s rules.

The user’s account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours preceding the end of the current period.

The applicable price is the one displayed in the application and confirmed at the time of purchase on the platform. This price may change over time.

Any free trial period, where offered, is forfeited if the user subscribes before the end of that period, unless otherwise stated in the application or by the platform.

The user may manage, modify, or cancel their subscription in their account settings on the distribution platform (e.g. Apple Settings > Subscriptions).

8. Distribution Platforms

Where applications are distributed through Apple’s App Store, their download and use may also be subject to Apple’s contractual terms, policies, and rules. Apple is not responsible for the content of this website. For applications, the specific terms of the relevant platform apply in addition to these terms and conditions of use.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CodingOwl EURL shall not be liable for any indirect, non-material, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the website or an application, nor for damages resulting from a technical or network environment beyond its control.

10. Personal Data

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

11. Changes to the Terms

CodingOwl EURL may amend these terms and conditions of use at any time. The version in force is the one published on the website on the date of consultation.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions of use are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the user’s country of residence where such provisions cannot be excluded.
